  20g豆豉

  10g姜丝

  8段盐

  少许白糖

  蒜苔切好,抹上少许盐拌均匀备用。

  前后都不放盐,豆豉和郫县豆瓣都有盐味,蒜苔之前抹盐也有盐味。
